Submitting a live help request is the fastest way to get support for any problems you may be having with your Customer Portal or Hosted Exchange services.
Fill out the form from the computer you need help with and click Connect to Support when ready. Also be sure to fill out as much information as possible so a technician can get back with you, if one is unavailable when your request is sent. Please use detail when explaining a problem, the more we know the faster we can help you!
